Tell me something. Why are Minnesota State Lottery Sales up 4% in July and August? With everyone afraid of a recession and the horrible personal and nation finance picture, WHY ARE PEOPLE BUYING LOTTERY TICKETS? This just does not make sense to me! I am not the greatest money mind in the world. In fact, I could use some "smart money 101" refreshers! But I am not giving my money to the lottery! This just doesn't make sense.
