Katie and I watched Blood Diamond last night. WOW that is a movie that makes you think! It's a bit predictable, but it is a powerful movie! It makes me wonder how much our "luxuries" really cost! If you are looking for a movie to watch with the kids, this is not it! But if you are looking for a movie that is filled with thought provoking moments, I suggest it!
It earns its R rating, so be aware.

I just saw the preview for Blood Diamond before watching the Departed, another DiCaprio flick. It looked good: action, drama, moral dilemmas....Have you seen the Departed? Once again, not for kids. It's very Shakespearian.
